Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled from our New Zealand operations unless we notify you otherwise. Consumer rights depend on your location and the laws that apply to your purchase; the sections below summarise common cases and do not waive mandatory protections.
Cooling-off and defective goods
Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, excluding sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection reasons once opened. New Zealand consumers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 when goods are not of acceptable quality. This policy adds to, and does not replace, those rights.
Voluntary returns of unopened packs
Where we offer a voluntary return, the product must be unused, sealed, and returned within fourteen days of delivery unless a longer period appears on your invoice. Opened food supplements may not be accepted unless they are defective.
How to start a return
Email any plain-text address listed in the footer with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item arrived damaged. We will confirm the return address and whether a prepaid label applies in your region.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days after we receive the goods or evidence of shipment, unless your bank needs longer to post the credit.
Shipping costs
Unless local law requires otherwise, return shipping for voluntary returns may be your responsibility. We pay return shipping when we sent the wrong item or when a product is confirmed defective.
